Big events in a small town

As most people know, Angleton is definitely considered a small town. Unsurprisingly, things like Friday night football games and the Brazoria County fair are big events around here, and we wasted no time in initiating Noah to both! We woke up early on Saturday morning to watch the annual parade, then went on to the fairgrounds to watch Noah's cousins Hope and Tate compete in the tricycle races. Noah will be competing next year in the one-year-old division against his cousin Reece... we will have to start working with him soon! :)
Noah also had his first Angleton High School football game experience this week. Brian and I hadn't been to a high school football game since the year after I graduated high school, but Angleton has a fantastic team and a brand new stadium this year, so we've been going with our friends Williams and Nikki. We decided it was finally time to bring Noah along.

The very talented Nikki made him a Wildcat onesie to show his team pride. We were a little nervous about how he would react to all the noise and people, but he was very content looking around and taking it all in. If Brian has his way, we'll be coming to see Noah play in about sixteen years or so!
