Iowa-Bound!

Last week we made a trip to Iowa to visit with Brian's extended family.  We were a little wary because of our disasterous last trip to the area when Noah was six months old (a stomach virus, an ice storm, and two nights in a Super 8 motel shortened our three day visit to less than 24 hours).  Plus this time we were dealing with a toddler and all the unpredictability that that entails!  But the trip went incredibly smoothly considering that we had two flights and a four-hour drive to get to our destination.
